Joseph Taylor

Joseph Taylor, Esq. is a partner in the Firm’s New York City office. He is admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Taylor’s areas of specialization include premises liability, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, construction law, business litigation, Americans with Disabilities Title III litigation, employment litigation, personal injury and automobile litigation. He has significant experience in the representation of property owners, commercial tenants, business owners, and contractors in complex state and federal court proceedings. He also maintains proficiency in drafting a variety of corporate formation and commercial transaction agreements tailored to the needs of varied clients. Additionally, Mr. Taylor is well-versed in serving as advisory counsel on matters concerning Americans with Disabilities Title III compliance, business and partnership disputes, and the impact of changes to local, state, and federal laws.
