Anthony DuBartell earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and holds a degree in psychology from Adelphi University. Mr. DuBartell specializes in New York Labor Law, premises liability, construction claims, property damage claims, and motor vehicle claims.
Mr. DuBartell brings a unique set of skills to his clients, having spent years working on the Plaintiff side of various liability matters. Mr. DuBartell’s experience on both sides of claims gives him an ability to understand the nuance and intricacies required to defend complex matters as well as connect with clients on a personal level. His experience allows him to efficiently and skillfully defend property owners and contractors against New York Labor Law claims.
