Eva Galchenko is an associate in the New York office of Brooks, Berne & Herndon. Ms. Galchenko practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and general liability. She represents professionals, businesses and insurers in general and complex litigation, claims handling and insurance coverage issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Galchenko worked for an insurance defense law firm where she handled a full spectrum of workers’ compensation matters. Previously, she worked as a legal compliance consultant for a multinational ethanol trading company.
Ms. Galchenko was born and raised in Tomsk, Russia. After graduating from Tomsk State University Institute of Law in 2001, she served as an assistant district prosecutor in the Tomsk region prosecuting high level felony cases.
Ms. Galchenko received a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012. She is licensed to practice law in New York. In 2018 Ms. Galchenko received New York Super Lawyers Rising Star recognition in the field of Workers’ Compensation. Ms. Galchenko is fluent in both English and Russian.
