Emad G. Iskaros is a partner in the New Jersey Office of Brooks and Berne, PLLC, where he both supervises and handles a diverse caseload of insurance defense cases.
Prior to joining Brooks and Berne, Mr. Iskaros worked as a supervising attorney for a national insurance carrier, where he managed insurance defense cases involving personal injury and property damage from inception to trial. During his tenure, Mr. Iskaros successfully litigated a significant number of first-chair jury trials to verdict.
Throughout his career, Mr. Iskaros specialized in all aspects of insurance defense litigation representing various insurance companies, self-insured companies, and public entities.
Mr. Iskaros also gained extensive investigation and trial experience while working as an Assistant Prosecutor of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Following law school, Mr. Iskaros served as a law clerk for the Honorable Adolph A. Romei, J.S.C. in the Passaic County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
Mr. Iskaros was selected by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District Ethics Committee (IIB South Bergen County) for a four-year term from 2019-2023 where he gained experience investigating ethics matters, supervising grievance investigations, and conducting hearings relating to ethical violations.
