Jason Daniel Dominguez is a first-generation attorney and North Jersey native. He earned his JD from Seton Hall University, School of Law and holds a degree in philosophy from Montclair State University. Jason has dedicated his career to representing individuals and businesses in traditional general liability claims such as automobile accidents, premises liability, and workplace accidents, in addition to more niche areas of law such as sexual abuse litigation and medical malpractice.
Jason believes a good attorney anticipates, explains, and advocates zealously for clients. When he’s not busy doing so, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying live music and trivia, traveling, and the Green Bay Packers.
Prior to joining Brooks and Berne, PLLC. Jason has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, working with injured individuals and national insurance carriers, and so brings a wealth of experience “from both sides of the bar” to benefit Brooks and Berne clients.
