Jeffrey Quinn

Jeffrey S. Quinn is Of Counsel in the New Jersey office of Brooks & Berne, PLLC.  He focuses his practice in the areas of general liability, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, automobile liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.  He also possesses substantial experience and expertise in the litigation of complex matters including insurance fraud litigation involving first and third party insurance claims.

Mr. Quinn has significant experience in all aspects of defense litigation including the representation of individuals, insureds, and corporate entities, and handles a diverse case load of general premises liability, automobile liability, construction, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.  Mr. Quinn frequently appears in various of the Superior Courts of New Jersey, has experience appearing before the Appellate Division of New Jersey, and has extensive experience representing insurance carriers in No-Fault Arbitration proceedings. 

Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, PPLC, Mr. Quinn was previously a Partner with a New Jersey law firm wherein, among other things, he successfully represented numerous insurance carriers in the prosecution of complex insurance fraud litigation matters as well as the defense of first and third party insurance claims involving automobile liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, fraud litigation, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Quinn has also been a lecturer for the NJ Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the NJ Board of Ethics, and a mediator for the Special Civil Part of the Superior Court of NJ.
