Kaitlyn A. Furrer is Of Counsel in the Westchester Office of Brooks & Berne, PLLC.
She is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where she earned her J.D. cum laude. Kaitlyn is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. During law school she served as a research assistant for the Academic Dean for two years, where she focused her research on alternative dispute resolution methods in civil and commercial cases. Kaitlyn was the winner of the Louis Fasulo Moot Court Competition based on her overall performance during oral argument. She was also a law clerk at several insurance defense firms, and for a New York State Supreme Court Judge.
Kaitlyn’s current caseload is diverse and includes professional liability, medical malpractice, New York labor law and insurance coverage matters.
