Michael Andreou, Esq. is a partner in the New York City office. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and United States Federal Court for the Southern District of New York. Michael has substantial experience in all aspects of insurance defense litigation and handles a diverse caseload of construction, general premises liability and automobile litigation matters from inception to resolution. He regularly defends contractors, building owners, commercial landlords and tenants, among others, in personal injury actions arising in a variety of contexts. Michael also engages in appellate practice and has successfully argued an appeal before the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department.
He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Negotiations Editor of the Dispute Resolution Society. Michael obtained his undergraduate degree from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced for 5 years at two large insurance defense firms in New York City.
