Nicole Malack represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims involving workers’ compensation, general liability, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Nicole was an associate attorney at Capehart & Scatchard, where she represented both injured workers and employers in workers’ compensation matters from claim inception through trial and resolution. She has successfully litigated cases before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation and has secured favorable outcomes through both settlements and trial verdicts. Nicole’s practice also included extensive motion practice, expert coordination, and strategic case evaluation.
Nicole also brings valuable litigation and legal research experience from her time as a law clerk at The Garty Law Firm. There, she supported civil litigation matters involving local businesses, government entities, and individuals, contributing to legal research, trial preparation, and case strategy across a range of practice areas.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University–Camden and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from St. John’s University in New York.
