Tara P. Mandelbaum is a partner in the New York offices of Brooks & Berne, PLLC. Ms. Mandelbaum has over two decades of insurance defense litigation which includes the handling of various types of liability cases including auto and premises liability cases. She also has experience defending cases for a major energy company, as well as a transportation and logistics company and major retail warehouse. She has managed the defense of said cases from inception to conclusion garnering positive results for her clients.
Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, LLC., she has worked for private law firms, as well as in-house for major insurance companies, also handling the defense of cases from inception to conclusion. She has first chaired and successfully received defense verdicts in several jury trials, bench and summary jury trials.
