Terrence Kossegi

Terrence Kossegi is Of Counsel in the New York office of Brooks & Berne, PLLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of labor law, premises liability, and municipal liability. He has specialized experience in trial practice, general liability, and labor law.

Mr. Kossegi handles a caseload including insurance defense matters at depositions and trials. He regularly represents owners, general contractors, municipal corporations, and private companies, among others, in personal injury actions.

Mr. Kossegi was previously a Senior Counsel trial attorney, in the New York City Law Department’s Office of Corporation Counsel. His trial experience includes over New York state Supreme Court civil rights, trip/slip and fall, wrongful death, premises, negligent supervision, labor law, MVA and damages only cases.  He was also in charge of the Law Department’s labor law training program and an instructor in Law Department’s trial training program.
