Maria Stamatelatos

Maria is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, where she majored in International Political Economics and minored in American Catholic Studies.

Prior to working in insurance defense litigation, Maria represented indigent New Yorkers in criminal proceedings at the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, Inc. in a variety of areas, including all-purpose misdemeanors and DWIs

Maria E. Stamatelatos is an associate with the New York City office. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. Maria has substantial insurance defense litigation experience and handles a diverse caseload of construction, general premises liability and automobile litigation matters.
