Susan Markenstein

Susan M. Markenstein is of counsel with the New Jersey office of Brooks & Berne.  Ms. Markenstein is a litigator, having provided legal counsel and representation in several areas, including commercial disputes, personal injury and insurance coverage.  She also concentrates in appellate practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Susan had her own solo litigation practice. She graduated from Rutgers University School of Law where she received multiple awards for excellence in appellate practice. She was also a member of the moot court board. Ms. Markenstein served one year as law clerk to the Hon. Wendel E. Daniels, J.S.C. in the criminal part, Ocean County. She graduated summa cum laude from St. Peter’s University with a B.S in psychology and a minor in economics.
