State v. Lamont Williams

Represented indigent defendant charged with violating a temporary restraining order. Upon investigating claim, we found exculpatory evidence that was not in the prosecutor’s discovery. Upon exchanging the exculpatory evidence, the prosecutor moved the court to dismiss the charges on grounds that the State would not be able to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.
