Lauren J. Talan is a partner in the New York and New Jersey offices of Brooks & Berne, PLLC. She is a highly experienced civil litigation attorney having practiced for over two decades. Her areas of expertise include complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defense, dispute resolution, as well as fraud and negligence claims. She has significant litigation experience in both New York and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Brooks & Berne, Ms. Talan engaged in private practice with several large New York and New Jersey law firms in their civil litigation departments and most recently served as Assistant General Counsel – Litigation for a large global corporation, where, in addition to handling litigation and dispute resolution matters, she managed the workers’ compensation, premises liability, automobile liability, premises liability and commercial real estate matters.
